Audience: Anyone setting up the Verity MCP connector.
Verity’s Model Context Protocol (MCP) connector brings Verity tools into Claude and other compatible assistants. Setup takes one download, a one-click install, and a sign-in with your Verity login—no code or configuration required.
Connect Verity to your AI assistant
How do I connect?
In Verity, navigate to ‘Manage AI apps’ in the left navigation. There you will be able to download the connector, install it in one click, and sign in with your Verity login through the browser.
Which assistants work?
Claude, ChatGPT, and Copilot Studio today, and any client that supports MCP. The experience is richest in Claude.
Why did my connection stop working?
Connections are durable and stay signed in across long sessions. On the rare occasion you're signed out, just sign in again. You never need to remove and re-add the connector.
How are permissions handled?
Everyone connects as themselves through OAuth, and each person sees exactly what their Verity role allows and nothing more. There are no shared keys and no separate permission model to manage.
Is there a limit to how much I can use it?
As we’re starting out there is a rolling 30-day quota of 500 tool calls per user. We’ll review this quota regularly, but if you find you keep hitting it then please reach out to the Verity team.
What is not here yet?
Live voice and avatar inside the chat, which hand off to the Verity app. That’s because chat agents (like Claude Cowork) do not yet allow this type of interaction, so instead we provide a link that opens a browser window for the conversation to take place. Results and retries continue in the chat agent as normal once that roleplay is complete.
Quick reference
I want to… | Do this |
Connect Verity | Download the connector, install it, and sign in with your Verity login |
Reconnect after a timeout | Sign in again; you do not need to re-add the connector |
Check access | Your existing Verity role controls exactly what the connector can use |
Get help with access | Ask the Verity team if Manage AI apps is not visible |
Tools available through the connector
Ask in plain English and your assistant chooses the appropriate tool. Every action runs through your own Verity login and permissions.
Tool | What it does |
| Finds which companies your login can see and routes your request to the right one. Only matters if you belong to more than one organisation. |
