Ask questions about scores, progress, completion, rankings, groups, regions, or organisations in plain English. The connector uses your existing Verity permissions.

Use MCP for reporting and data

What can I ask about?

Scorecard performance, participant progress, group and region trends, completion rates, rankings, and comparisons across teams or organisations. For example, "What's the average discovery score for the Madrid team this quarter, and who are the bottom five?"

A plain-English question about team performance and its Verity response

How do I phrase a question?

Like you would ask a colleague. No IDs and no query language. Write group names, bot names, scorecards and time periods in plain words, such as "this quarter" or "the London group." You can refine an answer without starting over, for example "make it the bottom three."

What time period does an answer cover?

The last 90 days, unless you name a different window. State the period you want when you quote a number, so there is no doubt about what it covers.

How do I get the underlying rows, not just a summary?

Ask follow-up questions to explore the context and analyse performance in more depth.

Alternatively, ask for the bot-assignment report. It exports as an Excel (.xlsx) workbook through a short-lived download link, with the first rows shown inline for a quick look. Each row pairs a user with an assigned bot and carries their group, whether they are active, how many interactions they have had, their average score, and when they last practised.

Whose data will I see?

Only the people and organisations your role allows. The connector reads within your existing scope, so a group-scoped admin sees their group and no further.

Can I trust the numbers?

They come from Verity's scoring engine, the same source as the scorecards and scores in the product. If a figure looks off, check it against the product view; the two should match.

Can I ask across more than one client organisation at once?

If your login reaches several organisations, yes. Name them in the question and Verity compares them side by side: average score, active users and roleplay volume per company. It works at the company level; to look at individuals, ask about each organisation one at a time. Each organisation's own privacy settings still apply, so a company with individual scores hidden shows only group numbers.
