Can I build a bot and scorecard from a brief?

Yes. Hand Claude the material you already have, such as a scoring rubric, a page of scenario notes and a persona sheet, and it builds the scorecard and the bot through the same builder agent the product uses, mapping each part of your source onto the right field. If you attach a knowledge source, a repository or a website to scrape, the bot stays pending until that content is processed.

How do I test it before the team sees it?

There are two ways:

  1. You drive: start a session, put a few realistic objections to the bot, end it, and read the evaluation to see whether the bot held character and the scorecard credited the right moments.

  2. Or Claude drives: ask it to run the test itself, then judge the scoring and suggest changes. A short test conversation scores low on completeness, which is expected; you are checking behaviour, not chasing a high mark.

Can I edit a bot or scorecard after building it?

Yes. Adjust the brief and have Claude apply the changes in place, then test again in the same conversation. The loop from first brief to a bot you would put in front of the team runs in one sitting. Editing works within the conversation where you built it; the connector can't yet pull a scorecard you made earlier back into a fresh chat to change it.

How do I assign it to my team?

Once it behaves, ask Claude to assign it and your people can roleplay against it. You can assign to a person, a group, sub-region, or a region within your scope, without leaving the chat.

Can I delete a bot or scorecard through the connector?

Yes, but treat it as permanent as there's no undo. Anything you create or delete writes a real record into your organisation, so on a shared or live tenant only remove what you made and no longer need. If you're unsure, delete it in the product where you can see the full picture.
