We are rolling out native UI translation and upgrading how bots handle languages. Users can now select their preferred language for the app, and bots will automatically adapt to match. This means you no longer need to build separate bots for different languages. ​

One bot for everyone: Previously, you had to create duplicate bots (e.g., "Sales Bot - French", "Sales Bot - German") to handle multi-lingual groups. Now, you only need one bot. The system handles the translation dynamically.

Better user experience: Users can navigate the platform in their native language using a simple dropdown menu.

Full coverage: When a language is selected, it translates everything: participant instructions, scorecards, evaluations, and the conversation itself.

This update changes how you set up clients with multiple languages. Please review your existing setups: ​

Check your bots: The language selector has been removed from the bot builder. All bots now default to English unless a user selects otherwise.

Delete duplicates: If you previously created multiple versions of the same bot just for different languages, you should delete the extras.

Assign the master: Keep one "master" bot and assign it to all participants, regardless of their region. The system will handle the rest.
